Track Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How to track

1. Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
2. Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier website.
3. Allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking to begin updating.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping: 7–15 business days.
Express shipping: 5–8 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.

Tracking has not updated

Tracking sometimes stays quiet for a few days while a package moves between facilities. If there is no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us with your order number.

Package marked delivered but not received

Check with neighbors and around your property first — carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe spot. If it does not turn up within 24 hours, contact us and we will open a case with the carrier.
