Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Petavis. Please read this shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping rates and estimated delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard shipping: 7 to 15 business days — $10, free on orders over $50.
  • Express shipping: 5 to 8 business days — $30, free on orders over $100.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

4. Shipping restrictions

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us at help@petavis.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

7. If we cannot ship on time

If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated above, or within 30 days of your order if no time was stated, we will notify you by email, give you a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. This is your right under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
